Cowley Manor Wedding
Working alongside Craig from Hello Pictures, It was an amazing day at Cowley Manor in the Cotswolds. It’s the kind of place where English countryside charm meets modern chic. One of my favourite designers, Dorothée Meilichzon was the interior designer – it’s so unique!
The girls got ready in the wedding suite, with beautiful views of the countryside below – a lovely relaxing room to chat, play music, have a glass of bubbly and anticipate excitedly about the day ahead.
Guests gathered for the ceremony, first exploring the grounds with a nearby lake and then settling in, in the restaurant – this had carved wood panels and marble, large florals on the mantlepieve, with high ceilings and beautiful light – Always a treat to have so much light!
As the couple said “I do,” they also had friends play and sing some lovely music, and plenty of time for confetti and cocktails on the lawn afterwards – guests mingled, surrounded by the breathtaking countryside, while sipping on signature drinks and nibbling on delicious canapés.
The reception was held also in the restaurant – with long tables adorned with tall candles, velvet handmade bow place-names (I personally loved these so much, and a great pop of colour.) As the sun started to go down, we popped outside for a wander around the grounds, doing some gorgeous couple photos, and with the Manor in the background – it’s really a romantic building!
